Shravan Gupta

Chairman & Founder

Shravan is a visionary leader in luxury travel and real estate. He founded Travel Tours Group, which was later acquired by Flight Centre Australia, establishing it as India’s second-largest travel enterprise. In 2014, he founded Tattva School and Sports Academy to provide world-class education and sports training. In 2022, he launched YOURS, redefining collaborative investment in luxury vacation homes. As Chairman of Kriya Ventures, he oversees a diverse portfolio of investments across education, travel tech, hospitality, and real estate. His latest venture is a 64-room business hotel located in central Bangalore. He also serves on the board of trustees of several institutions, including Vasavi Education Trust, Vasavi Hospital, Karnataka Arya Vysya Charitable Trust, and others.

Shalini Gupta

Creative Director & Co- Founder

Shalini brings over 20 years of expertise in design, fine art, real estate, and hospitality, shaping creative visions from concept to execution. As Co-founder of Kriya Ventures and YOURS, she has been instrumental in curating luxury spaces, including exquisite homes in Goa, Alibaug, the Nilgiris, and Bangalore. Her strategic leadership in branding and design, along with collaborations with renowned architects and designers, has elevated industry standards. Recognized with an Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Award in 2023, she continues to drive innovation and refinement in luxury living. Several of her projects have been featured in Condé Nast, Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, and more.

Naresh

Project Head

Naresh brings nearly 25 years of experience across finance, accounting, operations, HR, and legal affairs, with a proven track record in managing complex business functions. As a senior leader at Travel Tours Group for over 15 years, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth through strategic oversight of M&A, taxation, ERP implementation, and corporate governance. As a founding member of Kriya Ventures and YOURS™, he has been instrumental in streamlining operations across multiple sectors. Currently, he leads Bloomfields as Project Head, ensuring seamless execution and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and long-term value creation.
